Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details, product images, and unboxing proof if available.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method, depending on bank or payment gateway processing time.
